John Blaney served as the first Reeve as he had previously served as the Reeve of Maple Ridge so he brought a lot of experience. Blaney would serve Pitt Meadows as a Reeve and other times as a councillor, but served as a Reeve for the years 1914, 1919, 1926-1929, and Nov onward of 1930. William Reid served as Reeve of Pitt Meadows for 1915-1918 and served on the first council. Reid had a farm on East Bonson, and the land was purchased from CPR in 1910, when Reid moved his family to Harris. William James Park served the community for a period of sixty years. He served as Reeve from 1920-1923 and 1934-1947. Park was a dairy farmer who selflessly served his community his whole life. He was the founder and first secretary of the Fraser Valley Milk Producers Association, he would go on to serve on the board of directors, and president and general manager. Park belonged to many organizations serving the community, the best known was the Rotary Club. Major W.D. Bruce served in 1924, and in 1930 until October of that year. Paul Murray served in 1925. His occupation was a teacher in Pitt Meadows, having served Maple Ridge for 25 years.
