Pitt Meadows Day

Pitt Meadows Day is a family event that is made possible through the hard work of the Pitt Meadows Day Society and Volunteers. The event is on the first Saturday of June. Pitt Meadows Day events run all day starting at 7:00am and running to 10:00pm, when there are fireworks.

History

The event originally started as a Strawberry Carnival during the Great Depression, and grew from there, to be celebrated for more than 75 years.

Pitt Meadows Day at the Museum

Celebrate Pitt Meadows Day with the Museum by visiting our two sites to enjoy our exhibits and extraordinary programming! The Pitt Meadows Museum's General Store possesses crafts for the public to enjoy. While the Hoffman & Son Garage site provides Hand's On activities as well as live blacksmithing.

On the day of the event, the Museum's hours are 11:00 am through 4:00 pm.
